Our Villa is a stylish, full service retreat. The only additional charges you will incur will be for your food, drinks. It is difficult to approximate what these charges will be as each group is different. What I can say is, the staff will do the shopping on your behalf for food and drinks, you can let us know ahead of time if you have particular requests, and they will provide the receipts to you while you at the villa. We do not mark-up the costs on any of these items so you are paying the same very reasonable prices for food, drinks and fuel as a local resident would pay.

Our dedicated team of professionals offers daily service. Serves include housekeeping, cook for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Shopping service, garden and pool maintenance as well as Concierge service for your tours, lessons, and reservations.

Early Check-In: We cannot guarantee early check-in; however, we will do our best to accommodate your needs (an additional charge may apply) as long as there are no other guests leaving the same day and / or there are repair and cleaning work in progress.

 

Late Check Out: we cannot guarantee late checkouts; however, we will do our best to accommodate your needs (additional charge may apply) as long as there are no other guests who are check in in at the same day and / or there are repair and cleaning work in progress. We ask for your understanding so that the staff can accomplish their tasks of

preparing the villa.
